Rough Processing
ROUGH PROCESSING: HOOKING AND POLISHING THE HANDLE
At this important stage, the pliers blank will be transferred to preliminary processing and rough machining with the first stage being CNC - famous for its precision machining and this is suitable for Nghia Pliers' quality requirements - to process different parts of the pliers head.
This stage determines 1 of the 3 important USPs of Nghia Pliers products, which is the core of the pliers, providing smoothness and sweetness when cutting.
After CNC, the Pliers will go through rough sharpening stages, these stages contribute to the 2nd USP of the Pliers, which is the sharpness of the Pliers. This is where the artisan technique is still the main thing, the team of engineers are working hard to create fixtures as well as automation machines for these stages.
The factory has a 5-level automation classification.
Level 0
It depends entirely on the craftsman's skill.
Level 1
Has a support stand to assist the artist in moving.
Level 2
Angle lock, worker just need to install pliers and push into machine
Level 3
Machined, worker supplies blanks
Level 4
100% automatic processing and feeding
